They will make you wait for ever until the point where you want to demand your money back! Then when you even get it the food is cold and disgusting! Would not recommend this location!
Went through the drive-thru —sizeable order, not unmanageable. $34 Multiple items charged as “supreme” —not supreme’d. Qty of items in the bag actually exceeded the number of items ordered and paid for —but were not the correct items. **attached photo shows a Chalupa Supreme —uneaten —opened up out of the wrapper like this. I didn’t even order a Chalupa Supreme.
This is the worst Taco Bell around. They don't take pride in anything they put out. I opened my burritos and didn't recognize anything inside of it. It's like they selling baby food. Extra meat and cheese means nothing so do not ask or pay for it please. And don't ask for a refund cause they do not want to give one despite it clearly says they have a refund policy. Taco Bell better count their days! I ordered a Supreme Luxe Box, a Steak Quesadilla, and a Cheesy Beef Burrito, all of which I put “NO CREAMY JALAPEÑO SAUCE” on. Yet everything had it on there in huge amounts not to mention I also added no lettuce or tomatoes lo and behold that was on the chalupa.
