Line so long that I went to Subway and was pulling out with my meal when I would still be waiting in the drive thru line.
Poor management practices here. Short staffed resulting in long wait times. Please staff your store accordingly.
I always have a pleasant experience at this taco bell, they’re really nice & my food is always fresh. The nice lady working the window with the bright pink hair is so kind and outgoing!
I visited this Taco Bell around 1:00 PM to order a quesadilla, a crunchy taco, and a large drink. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. I waited nearly 45 minutes, and my order still wasn't ready. Because of the excessive wait, I had to leave and go to Jack in the Box, where I received my food in less than 5 minutes. As a result, I had to eat during my work hours because Taco Bell couldn't prepare a simple meal during my 30-minute lunch break. I come here a lot after my plasma donation, I come here for bean burritos. I buy so much, I get free bean burritos on the taco bell app, found out I was charged when I redeemed my free burritos. Nah, I'm good on that, I can make bean burritos at home. That's messed up I was charged for redeeming a free offer. I was charged for the 8 bean burritos I redeemed on the taco bell app. It was nice while it lasted
