Almost every single time I've ever gone to this Taco Bell, they forget something or they screw something up. Today we ordered a lux box and didn't get a box. It got thrown in with all of our other food and they forgot my cheese quesadilla. Last time I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch. They charged me with the chicken instead of the beef which I didn't ask for. I never even said chicken and then they forgot it! So the upcharged me and then forgot to put it in the bag.
