Cruel policies with moving goalposts. We understood the restroom is for paying customers. While placing a large order we asked for the keys for the child with us who desperately needed to use it. This location locks the bathroom and will NOT let you use the key if it’s near closing time OR until they see your order on their screen. My child desperately needed to go with my wife accompanying as I was keying a $60 order into the kiosk for the large group with us. We asked nicely and they said no, we asked while keying in the order and they said no, we asked again after we’d placed the order and paid, and they STILL said no until it showed up on their screen.
