You can speak loud and clear enough for the workers but they decide to not pay attention and get your order either halfway or completely wrong. I went in today and the lady at the drive-thru was barely on the speaker and when she was, got my order halfway wrong and didn't even try to correct it when we pointed out some of it was wrong
So, so slow. I don't know what the issue is, but this place is always crawling. It took me 30 minutes to get my food in the drive thru yesterday.
Kalif is an amazing manager who always goes above and beyond. He’s consistently professional, friendly, and makes every visit a pleasure. Taco Bell is lucky to have him.
