stopped around 9:45 last night and was greeted by a very nice polite young lady...there were 2 other people in the back...i ordered a Mexican pizza and a Dorito taco...dorito taco was fine but the Mexican pizza was just thrown togeather with cold beef and cold beans with no cheese on and it wasnt cut and also it tasted like nothing cause it was cold...the kitchen was filthy...never had an experience like that here...its been a good taco bell for me as far as that goes but not this time

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help because I couldn't find item on the kiosk, no one helped me. Ordered something else on kiosk. Went to pay with cash at counter and still waiting for an employee to help me. I asked about the item I wanted, told her I had waited at counter for some time. She changed order at register. When leaving all employees were out side at their cars smoking. I get you have break time but not all of you at once. Thankfully no customers were inside. And what is up with the c... read more
