It would be awesome if they would take anyone’s order after 2am instead we watch the person working walk through the lobby and proceed not to take a single persons order with four other cars having to leave aswell absolutely awesome service here folks.
I just wanted to say that the young woman who gave me my order at the window had the best personality tonight! She also had the coolest set of pins on her hat, including one from Cowboy Beebop! I know it is a tiny thing, but her personality, happiness, and customer service made my long day feel a lot brighter. So thank you for that, anime girl! :)
The last couple of times we’ve stopped by this Taco Bell - because it’s 3 minutes from our house - they have messed up our food. Either by forgetting items completely; making us something else entirely, or ice cold meat and cheese. Tonight my boyfriend went because we had a 10 dollar off coupon, and all of the staff were outside of the building?? I also ordered a CHICKEN burrito and can’t have red meat due to health reasons, just to find that my burrito was in fact steak. I hate to drive all the way to Ionia just to get warm... read more
Trays were dirty other than that it wasn't bad
Never order chicken from this Taco Bell. guaranteed it will be ice cold
