The self order kiosk has only served to make Service absolutely abysmal. My order was ready, I was standing at the pickup counter and every working employee walked past not even looking in my direction. When my order was complete my name was not called out. An employee that walked right past me twice cleared my neatly setup table an walked past me yet again without even a glance. I had a good experience at this Taco Bell. There was a problem with the app and they made it right. I found the workers here to be polite and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and fast. The restaurant was very clean. I would choose this Taco Bell over several others in the area.
