I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Taco Bell left me genuinely frustrated and most of that frustration stems from the poor service I received from an employee named Maddie. I ordered online and it was fine but when I went through the drive thru to get my order the people working at the window were really passive aggressive and kinda rude. And genuinely, me and the people in my car, were not being rude back at all. I’ve worked in food service and I get being rude to customers when they are rude to you but there was absolutely no reason for them to act the way they did.
