Employees are disorganized, not clean , didn't wash hands or change gloves,

Firstly I pulled up and no one answered the drive thru, I pulled to the window asked the worker if they were open she said yes and gave me my drink, I waited about an hour to get my order didn't even see an employee, a worker came out around the 45 minute mark and I asked him where my order was he then left his CAR DOOR OPEN went back into the store and never came back out I had to pull through the drive thru multiple times through the drive thru and it wasn't until I called 911 because there was a homeless guy smoking fenta... read more
