If you're hungry, order from another location. This store never had what you have ordered 99% of the time. In the off chance your food does arrive, it's cold and the items look as if a blind paraplegic made and wrapped the items. Need napkins and sauce packets?? For the love of tortillas, do not hold your breath expecting those items to be with your order.
I went to this location today on my lunch break. I placed my order in the app to pick up in the drive thru. I get in line and its out to the street not moving. When I finally got to the screen I told them I had an order in the app and gave my name. They said to pull up to the window. Now I've been sitting in this line for 20 minutes.
