I have gone to this location twice and both times, I have been missing items. They also failed to provide me with a substitute after I asked for one. In addition, the service is very poor and slow.
Me and a group of my friends ordered an hour before they closed. We ordered on the app and everything looked normal. Until we got to the window and the employee said he was out of everything. I tried to cancel the order on the app, but it said my food was being made somehow, with no ingredients, so I wasn’t able to get a refund, and received no food.
