I love this taco bell and it is the one I normally go to, however, this experience I was not a fan of. The manager came to the exact booth I had left my jacket at while I was ordering, saw my jacket (I watched them), sat down at the booth anyway, and then conducted an interview with a prospective employee. I moved my jacket before the interview but did not say anything because I did not want to confront them. But this was extremely rude and definitely made me feel unwelcome. The employees and even manager did not want to help an older Hispanic man try to use the kiosks after telling him they were too busy to let him order at the register. I ended up helping the poor man but If you’re going to make him use a kiosk at least help him learn how to use it.
