I placed an online order using the app. The app took the money out of my account. It showed as a pending charge, however the app didn't process the order so I had to go to the window and get the order and pay for it again! They took forever to get the items ready. It was slow, slow service. I asked the young lady at the window what do I do if the charge doesn't come off of my card? She said she didn't know that they don't handle that. I asked them who did?
