The employees here are rude, lazy, and nasty. This store is definitely in need of management. Half the time the doors are locked. What happened to this franchise? This used to be a good place in Trumann.
Not only is this restaurant terrible in every way, they will give you bugs. I paid extra for a refresca drink and when I took the lid off to see what was floating in it, it had none of the fruit that goes in the drink, instead there was tons of ants floating in the drink. The health department needs to shut it down.
The food is decent sometimes, but most the time the people here are just very rude and will always get an attitude. Everytime we go here it’s like they have to say something rude and act like it’s a huge inconvenience to even take an order.
