Quick and easy through the drive thru. Cashier quick and friendly, food was good and hot.
The staff needs to be restrained on customer service.!!!
It is Taco Bell. I love to indulge once in awhile. I don't like having to use a terminal to enter my own order.
Went in to get food, and they decided to close early. Drove around the building and the employee was standing there in the window staring at me with a headset on.
It was busy, which is typical for any Taco Bell at night, especially in a busy area. What got me, though, was when I asked for more mild sauce. I was making eye contact with the lady at the window when I asked for more sauce. She immediately turned away after I asked, rolled her eyes, made a disgusted face, then acted like she didn't hear me. I just didn't want to mess with the situation, so I left. As I was leaving, she started laughing about it. I'm good. I don't need to go to that location again. Not with that service.
