Rarely makes the food as requested. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a pickup order I could see because none of the workers cared for anyone in the lobby unless they were dashers. Then employees got rude to the people who tried to grab their own food. Still took more time after that before any employee bothered to help.
After the miniature left they just stand around do nothing and we keep waiting for my brother's order and they and they or screwed up his order act with my mom ordered no tomatoes and lettuce on his food
I had a great experience at Taco Bell. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
They didn’t put lettuce on the soft shell tacos. I got a combo with a chicken quesadilla and a Doritos locos taco and we didn’t get the taco. The nachos bell grande we got didn’t have sour cream. Overall a bad experience with our order and they staff wasn’t friendly at all
I live close by and stop here almost weekly very rarely do we get food that isnt completely messed up, I continue to go because I dont want to drive across town for some tacobell. My bf gets beefy 5 layers and more times than not there is lettuce.... like bro it doesn't come with lettuce why is it caked in lettuce. Got my food and my tacos had maybe a teaspoon of beef in them my quesadilla was just half tortilla noy even cheese.... its complete crap that we paid $33 worth of food and werent able to eat half of it
