10/10 would recommend this place to my enemies. I placed my order online and waited in the Drive-Thru for over an hour. Some guys were yelling in the parking lot about how they waited over 1.5 hours in the lobby. The workers are just flat out not making food at night time. many cars came and went in and out of the drive-thru but I had already paid so I didn't really have a choice but to sit there from 2:20 a.m. to 3:40 a.m. and then I just gave up. Not one person was served food.
Currently in the drive through after waiting inside for ten minutes but nobody helped me. I ordered ahead of time and a guy came in and ordered and his was out before mine. Actually insane. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and every single worker is rude as hell. In addition to this, I was in a hurry which is why I ordered ahead of time and they took so long that I didn’t even get to go where I was supposed to. Thank you Taco Bell!
Genuinely the slowest restaurant of all time, takes them 25 minutes to make a couple tacos
