Ty the new manager was super kind and upbeat. Best drive thru experience I have had in a long time. Food was fresh and correct. He even remembered my sauces. I called to praise him and the rgm was just as friendly. I'll be sure to visit these guys soon. So happy to see happy people at my Taco Bell.
This was my 3rd strike tonight in one month. The last two visits have been waiting in the drive thru line almost 45 minutes. Tonight I decided to go on the app and pre- order our food so we could by pass the drive thru chaos line. Our Order said it would be ready at 7:02. I hate eating at this place. The night time workers are always giving attitude no matter how kind you are. They are disrespectful and didn’t even give me a refund when they were out of large cups. Long story short, if you have no patience and don’t appreciate little snarky comments from rude employees then don’t eat here.
