As it is currently ran, this does not belong in Mt. Pleasant. The service and food are horrible. I arrived before closing on Saturday 7/11, and no one answered at the drive thru—went to go into the lobby because the “Open” sign was still lit up, and the staff were sitting in the lobby doing nothing with the door locked, and said “closed” and then argued closing time and stated “well you’re still not getting your food” despite what it said on the door. I absolutely love Taco Bell! I've been to so many all across the country from California to South Carolina and I've never felt the need to write a review. But this one is by far the worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco bells. Everyone that works there act like they hate their life, hate their job and it shows in the food that they make.

3 Taco Supreme combo. Pepsi zero dispensed Dr. Pepper and taco shells were stale. 2 employees just hanging out on their phones in the lobby.

Food was horrible. Tortillas were burnt and there was very little cheese on the Tortillas. The the tables were dirty and sticky...some had food from previous customer. Service was slow and workers behind the counter didn't seem care that the napkin holders were empty and some of the drink dispensers were out of many of the selections. When the workers were told they nodded and didn't do anything to remedy the situation or apologize. Really horrible experience.
