Food was horrible. Tortillas were burnt and there was very little cheese on the Tortillas. The the tables were dirty and sticky...some had food from previous customer. Service was slow and workers behind the counter didn't seem care that the napkin holders were empty and some of the drink dispensers were out of many of the selections. When the workers were told they nodded and didn't do anything to remedy the situation or apologize. Really horrible experience.
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Arrived well before the posted and Google close time. Sat in the drive thru for a total of 15 minutes the first time. Drove around. Employee emptying the trash outside but the doors were locked. Went back again through the drive thru. Waited another 10 minutes with no response other than the automated one asking if I was using the mobile app. If you work here on nights (pictures enclosed) I hope you lose your job…what a sad excuse for everything.
If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would. I came through DT today (Sunday) and a white young man who looks like he have a lip piercing. Kept repeatedly interrupting me and being rude / hostile while I was trying to say my order and then when I pulled up to tried to give him my card he snatch my card out my hand. They closed over an hour early. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told we closed early for the holiday…it was May 5th. That’s not an American holiday. The Taco Bell team turned away multiple cars behind me that were in line for the same reason although we were there prior to 11pm and they close at midnight. The workers just didn’t want to work. The worst experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. I hope Taco Bell corporate gets this message because this a an awful location and the franchisee should be penalized
