Pick up shelf is always dirty and sticky bathrooms needs to be cleaned lots of crust
My soft taco was soaked, they forget my straws and hot sauce all the time, and most of the staff is generally incompetent
I just got tacos and they were cold. Not to mention they shorted me five dollars..
I wanted to leave a review for this place to highlight that I had an issue however, it was handled appropriately and I don’t think enough businesses get credit for making things right. I had nearly a 40 minute wait for some Cinnabons and was able to obtain a refund due to placing a mobile order. Everyone there was kind and patient and attempted to rectify the situation.
