Almost every time I go to this location during that morning opening shift my order is messed up one way or another. I pay extra for sour cream & don't get it. I ask for mild sauce and end up with hot sauce or no sauce at all. Ask for easy ice & receive a cup full of ice. Order a Mexican pizza, it has no tomato on it. Ask for a certain flavor drink, receive something different. It NEVER fails

I ordered off the application and was told by the manager that they could not refund me. That I would need to call my bank. Very bad experience. They girl at the window Amy was the only person willing to help me.
