I went through drive thru around midnight and the workers who were on shift were working so hard i was amazed! They were the nicest workers even thought they had huge lines and they kept their cool while i witnessed a nasty car ahead of us give them attitude. they deserve serious recognition!
Refused to make my order for a dasher when it was paid for. First order was canceled from driver, so later when another driver came they refused to make or give the driver food. All around poor management and common sense.
The only thing that was good about this visit was the employee at the drive thru. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. There was no crunch. it was soggy and barely warm. And paying $10 for it, a hard taco, and a drink was way more than I thought it was worth. I won't be back.
Probably the worst employees I’ve ever encountered. You walk in and nobody even looks at you. They see you but they make a point to not acknowledge you. You stand there forever like a ghost.
