"Please pull around" - means you'll be waiting for awhile. Has happened several times. "We aren't taking Amy more orders" - then why don't you adjust your close? Update - Service is still terrible. Now instead of pulling around and bringing the food to you, I was told to pull around, wait 7 minutes, and get back in line..
This location has really stepped in up since I moved here 2 years ago. Idk where they get these young people at the drive thru window, but they are the most POLITE fast food workers I've dealt with in a LONG time. And all look like they're high school age. Whoever is hiring them needs to let everyone else around know the secret.
