First I pull up to the drive-thru they asked if I was ordering through the app or not I said no after that they never came back to the intercom I sat there for 4 minutes can I pull up to the window and set another 2 minutes and I would have left but I wanted Taco Bell so bad and there's not another Taco Bell in my area only cuz it has to do better than this one or they need new employees the food tasted like it was from yesterday from now on when I want Taco Bell I guess I'll go somewhere else this is ridiculous for the empl... read more
I must have came on Heat-At-Home night for drive thru customers.. The only way my Supreme Luxe Box could have been colder was if they pulled it out of the freezer. Even the fire sauce i asked for to heat things up a bit was missing. Question: Why do people bother going to work when they have no intention of doing their job correctly? Now, everyone that has the misfortune of being behind me in the drive thru line in the future gets to wait while I make sure my food is hot.
