Absolutely terrible service. Not that you expect much these days from fast food but at least some common courtesy would've been nice. Waited on my food for 30min, staff could care less. 4 different people ignored me until there was a 2nd customer standing there with an issue. Turns out it had been handed to the drive through people even though I ordered in the dining area and nobody realized the mistake. Possibly the slowest fast food location in all of Georgia
I placed a mobile order in the app 5 mins before I arrived to the restaurant. Then I proceeded to wait in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes!!! The food was great, but the service was less than stellar. They need help!
I normally don’t write reviews but this Taco Bell is Terrible almost every employee is rude and has an attitude when not even provoked the drive thru wait is always about 20 minutes + and every time I go here my order is wrong. I now drive a little further to go to the one in the middle of Gainesville.
