the general manager was really accomdating whenI relieved a rock hard chiplua and he fix it. today , I ordered the crisp chilupa, which was not crisp. when I told the manager, he stated "oh well Give give a refund". it's no wonder why this location have the rating they have. I asked for here thy bring me to go and they spill all of my fries in the bag then taking the fries bag and just leaving me with half of the fries and the food was way too expensive and I only got 4 items
Taco Bell is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Angel is nice. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing nacho fries. Must come back. 10/10.
The best Tacobell in Palatine! Staff is friendly and attentive, and service is quick and my order has always been correct!
