How do you miss an entire party pack in someone's order? And nobody answers the phone for 20+ minutes. I don't live close enough to "come back" and get my food or a refund. The "manager" is useless and cant refund an order even though she acknowledged they didn't give me half of my $60 order. Having worked for them before I know this is a lie. They absolutely do have access to pull up orders from the same day and issue refunds or cancelations to stop the charges. Not to mention they were out of lettuce. What? Very obnoxious.... read more
The manager told me to "Get an education" very unacceptable... she was being rude and said "I'm matching your tone".. very rude. Once I waited 2 hours for a burrito and a drink. Not to mention the cheese was cold and wet.. I will never be coming here again. Very disappointed 😞
Couldn’t order food. Told us that we were in the wrong place (assuming they meant Mc Donald’s?…but the woman was rude in general), and then when we clarified what we wanted they said we could only order specific items through the app….thats crazy. If an item is available to order what difference does it make if we order verbally or on the app? I have the app but we left anyway. Out of tortillas. Pretty hard to order anything useful. ** came back and year later, and again.. poor service. Sodas were flat and when I asked if they could fix it, the response was "to be fair, I can't do anything about it". Um I paid for 2 drinks lol. Refund then? Nope. **
