10:15 AM, Saturday, July 5th Ordered 2 Breakfast Sausage Crunchwraps, 1 without Creamy Jalapeño Sauce Nearly empty Taco Bell. No traffic in drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes for order, not exaggerating. Neither had the Creamy Jalapeño Sauce. Very disappointing.
I ordered online and they made my order perfectly! Friendly staff.
