Customer service Is always outstanding
As a fast food connoisseur, I can honestly this was the best drive thru experience I have ever had! Hats off to Kimberly (& crew) for the phenomenal Taco Tuesday experience.
Drive thru guy who greeted me was very rude.
They have drastically increased the quality of their service and food prep. It's now my favorite late night fast food in the area.
The female employees at this store are always friendly, polite and competent. The 2 males that I dealt with today were lazy, incompetent, entitled and rude. I can't say how the food was because for some reason, my app order failed and they refused to help me find the problem, even though my payment had already gone through. I was told "it's a 3rd party app and not our problem".
