"you're being really loud. tone it down." is the exact quote i heard in the drive through from an employee at this taco bell tonight. ive worked fast food drive throughs and have never even thought to insinuate a customer was being too loud much less DEMAND THAT THEY "tone it down.". i was so perplexed by this (and thought they might spit in my food) so i didnt say anything. who the hell says that to someone?!
