I was told tonight my food would be right out i waited like 20ish mins for my food. Half of it was cold. The dude was sitting on his phone doing nothing.
This was my first time at this location. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The Service was EXCELLENT, with friendly and respectful staff. The Food was EXCELLENT - with everything at the proper temperature, if anything, they were “heavy handed” with the fillings. I eat at Taco Bell several times a month and this by far was the best tasting and ample quantity of food that I have had from any of their locations in the Southeastern States. Been coming here since i was a kid but the last couple years the customer service has just gone down hill. Im currently sitting in the drive thru at the box where ive been sitting for the last 15 minutes where i havent even been greeted, voice came on about 10 minutes in to let me know that he will take my order when HE is ready not when im ready.
