Quick kind service, clean facility. Views of Green Mountain on the Taco Bell side and views towards downtown on the KFC side.
Ordered a loaded potato griller with NO sour cream. They ignored my request and gave it to me anyways. When I had them remake it, the new one they gave me was half as filled as usual. Terrible, terrible service
These damn kids are in there screwing around and giggling while they take well over 10 minutes to get orders out in the drive thru. Do they not care about wait times? Also, there's apparently no supervisor. Manager gal is in the back counting the tils while the employees are doing everything except their job. These kids need a little more coaching on customer service and time management.
