took so long to get to the window that everything was soggy. asked for a remake of the tacos and they had me go inside and ask to not hold up their line. then proceeded to take 20 minutes to remake the same tacos. customer service is not that hard and neither is your job so do better next time.
The Drive Thru worker was repeating my entire order every time I added another item almost if he was playing some sort of weird game. I would add an item and he would start repeating the entire order every time I added another item making it much longer to take my order. By the end of my 6 item order he had repeated my order 3 times and he wasn’t being serious. It’s almost as if he was trying to be over helpful to annoy me as a customer. They accidentally forgot two of my items from my order and my fiancé was stressed out about it, my kids were hungry and tired. I was stressed out to the max. Luis made sure that my problem was handled right away and made sure that I didn’t have to wait at all. The restaurant was packed from the register to the door and the seats were filled.
