Had an appointment order. Sat in the drive thru where you place your order waiting to tell them we had an app order for 18 mins behind 1 car that was getting their food at the window. OK, maybe they're short staffed or something, that happens. Get to the window to pick up the food (paid thru the app) and there were 5 employees standing around in a circle while 1 person was trying to actually work. They got my order wrong everytime. I had ordered the $9 box and I said no sour cream on anything and when I had opened my crunchwrap it had sourcream on it
