They got my order wrong everytime. I had ordered the $9 box and I said no sour cream on anything and when I had opened my crunchwrap it had sourcream on it
Asked me if I wanted Supreme Tacos. I said YES. They charge me for them but still give me regular tacos. No TOMATO or sour cream for that matter. Scammed me out of money and didn’t even complete the basic taco.I don’t even want to open my Loaded nachos which probably should have TOMATOES. I should get a free # 8 SUPREME my next trip but I know how that goes. My money back or something. Hope Taco Bell HQ sees this and replaces everyone in the building with people who don’t mind doing the job right.

Drive thru took a long time. Finally got a bag of food and drove 4 ft just to hear the employee yell i gave you the wrong food. Sat for a bit more waiting for my order
It's Taco Bell. I get it. But how hard can it really be? We ordered 5 items total. 4 of which were wrong or messed up. Do you know how to read a menu and recipe board? Obviously not. Soft taco supreme. The supreme means you add tomatoes and sour cream. You did not. A grilled cheese burrito? Did you add the cheese and grill it? Nope. Just a burrito that didn't even have the correct ingredients inside. And how do you screw up a box of nachos? By putting everything else on top of it so it smashes the box into the toppings.
