At this location on Tuesday, July 22nd at 4pm, we ordered a $5 lux box. Happy hour so we got two slushies, one with the box. They charged us the entire price for the slush with the box. We asked at the window "shouldn't we get a free drink for the box if we payed full price?" It was a problem because of how we ordered it apparently. Cinnamon twists barely had any cinnamon and cinnabons were HARD. Beefy 5 layer was a bit mushy But food not terrible. Drive thru
Food- we did not get everything we asked for. They didn't fill the fry up all of the way, they had no seasoning, and we didn't get both fries. They did not grill any of the burritos as asked, and they forgot our drinks. It was almost like they didn't have the ticket. On the plus side, they did give me extra cheese. Service- As if they did not have the ticket. They asked what we ordered a few times and then still got it wrong. Atmosphere- super nice people, kind, and respectful. Just did not get any of my food right.
I’m not one to leave reviews but this has happened at this location over and over again. This is how i received my quesadilla ( smushed up and no sauce ) They also shorted me a cheesy Gordita crunch for the 3rd time atleast which is a $6 item. Go to a different Taco Bell at diner time.
