I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. I picked up my sons order and placed a quick order in person for my daughter. They were extremely busy, which is why I went inside, so I knew it might be a few minutes. I gave them both my name and my sons. When my single burrito got done 13 minutes later, they told me they could not find my sons order. It has been a while since I've been to Taco Bell and decided that I would visit this location and get that crunch wrap supreme. The drive-thru service was excellent! The food however was disappointing. I think that there was 1 tbsp, if that, of beef in my crunch wrap supreme. Something is wrong there with quality standards. $7 ... oh my gosh. Never again.
The two ladies were horrendously rude. I was just trying to check in with my app and she refused my service. I was even kind calling her love.
