Now I don’t expect 10/10 service when I go to a Taco Bell but AI ordering system is crazy. Get a grip and hire a real person no one wants to talk to a robot.
Service and ordering have dropped since changing to a kiosk. Dining area is smaller and not as welcoming since the place was redone.
