Went here for lunch. The lobby was not very clean. There were no napkins or condiments anywhere. Had to ask twice for napkins. Maybe they were just understaffed.
All cold food. Why isn’t there a discount if I have to heat it up myself? I got the Nacos Bellgrande. It had one medium clump of hard refried beans and a small lump of taco meat. I got it with my mobile order, attempted to heat it up in the microwave when I got home. Weirdly the beans and meat had dried and solidified even more after the microwave. I don’t think I’ll be eating at this Taco Bell anymore. :/
Currently standing at the counter for about 5 minutes with noone greeting me or acknowledging that I'm even standing here. If I didn't have an online order that I already paid for I would have left. Horrible service.
