Rude, dirty never get my order correct
This is more of a complaint against all drive-thru restaurants... give us a minute to decide. Asking if you can help find anything makes no sense. Just have some patience. Work isn't going anywhere
They take care of the drive through while making the lobby wait and wait and wait. Been here 20 minutes waiting on a small order but drive through keeps moving along. Done with this place after this.they even admitted drive through takes priority so I’m getting a refund after 20 minutes. Last three visits ended this same way.
Such terrible quality of this Taco Bell!! When is someone going to do something about this?! The best location is in BENTONVILLE. Warning to anyone who tries this location!!
