One star is being gracious ! Watched as the back made food without gloves My full order wasn’t in the bag after not only did I have to wait for my food around the front but while the woman was questioning me n breathing over my bag picking through it at the counter when I walked in to pick it up after I said something . Worst Taco Bell ever. Advertised closing at 11pm, and I went at 10pm, staff gone and lights off. They should advertise the time correctly. Coming to this location prior, the staff was rude at the window when I told them my order was wrong, and I asked for it to be fixed before paying. The girl blamed it on me and had a problem doing her job. They will go out of business if they do not fix everything wrong with it. Disappointing since they are they are the closest one to the Mahwah area.
This is definitely the worst taco bell which is a shame bc its the only one in a 9 mile radius of my house. They have no compatibility with the app, rarely have the new items on time, and they also charge $5 more than any other taco bell I've been to in the area for their box combos. Also quality isnt always great. Kind of a shame.
