I had hair in my food, I live 30 minutes away and I got home and opened it and I couldn't eat it, there was like 10 hairs. I go back, don't get a refund they just look at me like I'm crazy after I tell them, I pay for my replacement and I get it but I would expect better customer service after telling them that there was hair in my food and I had to drive 30 minutes back to pay for my own replacement. Super frustrating
The manager is very good. The place runs efficiently when she is there, not so good when she is not. The nachos need to have more cheese and toppings. The burritos need to be folded better so that the ingredients don't come out all over the place... Overall, we will be coming back. Hope things improve a bit !
They are fast and very friendly
