Let me paint you a picture regarding a recent order that was pretty disappointing overall. The nuggets I received were not up to standard; they didn’t resemble what I would normally expect in terms of quality or preparation. On top of that, I did not receive the sauce that came with my order. I specifically chose that option because my preferred sauce wasn’t available, so missing it entirely made the experience rather disappointing.
They always close early tonight I tried to go just after 1am and they were closed. All of the employees were there. But the drive through lights were off and no one was at the window. Yours hours on the doors as well as online say 2am. I was there almost an hour before that. I don’t appreciate the waste of time.
Employees should all be fired poor customer instead of helping at register they won't you to use kiosk they are not even busy that's kids today.
Good luck ever getting a taco supreme. About twice a month I visit this location. For at least 4 years. Never once have I ordered a taco supreme and GOTTEN a taco supreme. It's not that hard. Throw some sour cream and tomatoes on it. That's it. Training issue?
