I ordered a frozen coffee drink on the app and when I go to pickup the lady who can't hardly speak English said the machine is broke. THEY SHOUD HAVE A SIGN BECAUSE I ORDERED IT ON MY PHONE IN THE RESTAURANT AND I PAID FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE DRINK THEN WHAT I RECEIVED AND IT WASN'T THE DRINK I WANTED.
Been 2 times this week n my order has been missing something both times
I ordered a tajin fez and it wasn’t right , a chicken quesadilla and had to much sauce like half was just sauce lil bit of chicken only thing they got right was a cuz gordta crush I also ordered chips and dip and didn’t even getting anything The store sucks I need my money back basically stealing my money for food that i didn’t get and I can’t eat!!!!!!! I ordered food bcs I was hungry now I’m going to bed hungry because the Taco Bell workers can’t make tacos right!!
Every time I order for delivery they do not seal the delivery bags or cover your drinks. How am I supposed to trust that my food is protected and not tampered with? Has happened on multiple occasions. Train your night crew to do the job properly please and not to over look these things ALL the time.
