Standard when it comes to Taco Bell, but my second time here, and the second time the place absolutely stinks like a dirty old mop. Bathroom also absolutely filthy. Change your mop heads.
you guys never make my food right i order 10 items and it showed up with 3 u guys are terrible and don’t forget i saw a dead mouse outside once i hate taco bell now. i was ur biggest supporter now u guys do this. im done.
I gave them a 3 star on the food because it’s always pretty fresh when they get it right, but their soda is always out for the most popular drinks and their service is so unbelievably slow. Today my wife waited 48 minutes at the drive through because they are “short staffed” but it’s always like this. It’s poor planning and execution and a lack of hiring enough during the expected busy seasons. This area is a tourist attraction and they should know their traffic flow by now.
Need to get corporate in this building. ASAP. Huge disgrace and close lobby when they don’t want to work. Horrible service
