Went to the drive through last night. Was told to wait "one minute." Sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes without hearing anything more, as I watched cars behind me arrive and take off after figuring out nothing was happening. Decided to go inside, and a worker made eye contact with me, then immediately turned away. Figured out we needed to use the kiosk. Ordered a food item and a drink. This is the best tacobell on planet earth
The service staff is usually friendly, but they're hit or miss with the speed, mostly miss. Biggest gripe is that "add sour scream" DOESN'T mean "make supreme". I've never had this issue at another location, but this one puts tomatoes on everything I order.
