i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line, i thought their speaker was broken until i heard an audibly annoyed voice say "wait a minute." I then proceeded to wait another 2 minutes just for them to tell me they were out of beef and couldn't use any of their fryers. I waited 12 minutes just to be told 90% of their menu was unavailable. i came around 8 pm, so it's not like it was the middle of the night. Food was so greasy it wasn’t edible. An actual pool of grease on the wrappers. Ended up just throwing it away it was so bad.
If you wanna wait two hours for your food and drive-through come to this Taco Bell it is a complete joke
