I stopped by to get a cup of coffee. Just a black cup of coffee. I get up to the window and it is already open. The three people working are talking about messing someone's order up. They don't acknowledge me for at least 2 minutes. I can see the black coffee sitting there the entire time. Finally, they decide to ring me out. We p pulled into the parking lot at 10:20 p.m. and noticed that the drive-thru line had about 8 or 9 cars in it so we decided to go inside and order. At 10:55 p.m. my boyfriend went up to the counter to ask if our order was ready yet and the manager asked the name and couldn't find the order and started yelling saying if you were outside then you wouldn't be able to get your order at which made no sense because we had been sitting at the table by the registers from the time we had put our order in..!!!!!
