I ordered online to pick up. My first seven minutes at the counter, nobody even spoke to me. After another few minutes someone asked if I had ordered. They finally started working on my order I had placed and paid for 30 minutes earlier. Order was wrong when handed to me 40 minutes later. It was a wadded up ball of cheese and mush in a flour tortilla, which was supposed to be a quesadilla. Paid for sauce that I never got. They are always slow when I go, not sure why I give them another chance from time to time?
I placed the order on the app and was shocked when the app told me that I would have to wait 25 minutes for my food because there was no one in the restaurant at that time. In the meantime lots of people came in and waited right along with me. Finally, 14 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready they served me. The employees were all standing around yelling at each other. The front counter was filthy. The drink station was very dirty. And tables in the restaurant we're also dirty.
