Very rude service tonight at the drive thru cashier was no help and nasty 1/06/26 5:30 pm she needs to treat elders and costumers with a little respect we don't eat there often and probably won't again.
If you’re wondering why your order from Taco Bell has been right a few times it’s because all the bad employees are working at the 72nd location. I literally pulled up to pick up a mobile order and there was no one in the parking lot and they still got it wrong. Like how do you do that? Taco Bell seriously start auditing your locations again like he used to. It’s a three ring circus at most of your locations now. So sad.
