The person taking my order and my money barely acknowledged me and said the fewest words possible. I got a grilled cheese burrito. The tortilla strips were very stale. You know it's bad when you can tell how stale they are even when soft from the sauces. I asked for extra sour cream and there was less on there than normal. The steak was very dry and the rice was mushy.
In the drive thru at 1:05 am on a saturday night, locked cars deep and they tell me to come inside for the doordash, wont even hand it to me 🤣🤣🤣 I feel sorry for those workers dealing with these drunks inside, no thanxxxx, lobby was PACKED, drove off, wont come back 🫡 keep it, lobby open at 1 am now on a saturday night, thats begging for trouble and im sure you see it every weekend, its like society done lost common sense bruh 🫣 got ppl running inside for the restroom yelling at each other 🤣 im good, real good 👍
There must be a new person in the kitchen because I just got home with my food and my cheesy gordida crunch has no sauce on it. That's kind of the main selling point of the taco. Plus I'm pretty sure I got a diet soda and I know I did not order that.
I saw at least (5) different employees working during my visit. I did a conference call with my brother from out of town before dining in and the drive-thru was steady at times and had some momentary small breaks in Drive-Thru customers. Dining floor area for customers to order and eat their meal could use a little TLC. The employee who took my order was efficient but very soft spoken.
