Currently have been in line for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES. I’ve never waited this long for fast food in my entire life. If Stevie Wonder himself isn’t at the window working alone when I finally get there, imma be real mad.
I ordered my food to go through the app. My food was prepared to order, but it was sloppy: food falling out of the taco shell, falls in your lap when you unwrap it, cheese melted to the wrapper instead of on the taco, that sort of thing. All the crunchy taco shells were stale and were crumbling to pieces when we tried to eat them. My order was ready on time and it was packaged well when I picked it up. Sat in the drive through for 24 minutes before having my order taken. Only 4 cars in front of me. Seems like a big issue with management if it takes this long for a $4 burrito
