Poor service and moving extremely slow and got my order wrong.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The gentlemen working today 4/18/2026 approximately 1pm or 1:20pm he was completely unprofessional and looked extremely unkempt in a dirty uniform. He moved painfully slow and clearly didn’t care about doing the job right. I specifically asked for no beef and to replace it with chicken, and even said I was fine paying the up charge yet half my food still came out with beef, making it very not enjoyable for me. I don’t like Taco Bell, but if I had to eat their food, I’d want it to be from this location. The staff are polite and efficient. The food was fresh-tasting and warm. It’s as good as Taco Bell gets.
