I absolutely LOVE this specific location! I go out of my way to get food here. My order is always correct and hot. Everyone is always very pleasant and friendly. Service is phenomenal, and when they get backed up, they always accommodate. It doesn't matter what day or time when I go. Food is excellent, and they don't skimp on anything. Very fulfilling!
I waited over 20 minutes for my order and even asked the guy at the window if the food was fresh—he said ‘yes.’ So why was I served old, hard food? Absolutely disgusting. Then, after I drove all the way home, they only offered to replace part of my order. Completely unacceptable. Do better.
