Honestly, I bragged about this place a year ago because even when they messed up, they fixed it. Obviously, I understand if the line is long, but first they got my complete order wrong so then we told them and they got it completely wrong again. Like the total opposite of what I ordered. I already went back once-I couldn’t go back again and even if I did I guarantee it would’ve taken them 25 minutes to make it right.
This Taco Bell used to be great 5-10 years ago but has just gone down hill since. Showed up tonight and am greeted with “we’re closed” at 11pm in the drive thru. This isn’t our first bad experience here unfortunately either. If you can go elsewhere I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. I should know better by now not to try this location. Not one person EVER will come take your order, and expect you to use their ordering machines. Then you wait 30-45 minutes for your food. Completely horrible customer service. Manager doesn’t do anything but give you attitude for asking if you’re going to be served.
Waited over 40 mins in drive thru when there was only 2 cars in front of us. Don’t waste your time here
